Sarah has extensive experience in research, advocacy, training and project management with international organizations. She specializes in strengthening gender-based violence (GBV) prevention and response in humanitarian settings and addressing sexual exploitation and abuse in peacekeeping and humanitarian organizations. She has worked in Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East and Europe. Most recently she has looked into refugees affected by gendered trauma and violence. She coordinates and influences the international debate around the topic through various knowledge products.
