CALL FOR APPLICATIONS TO GLOBAL ROSTER OF GENDER EXPERTS

We believe in human expertise and tailor-made solutions to peace and security. We are therefore renewing and expanding our network and call for applications to our expert roster for professionals working on gender equality, positive peace and human security.

As a Berlin-based, globally networked consulting firm, we work at the intersection of gender equality, positive peace, and human security, supporting institutions and individuals operating in fragile, crisis, conflict, and post-conflict settings. Our work combines practice-oriented research, policy analysis, capacity-building and training, and technical assistance, including monitoring and evaluation of policies and programmes.

With a network of over 500 consultants worldwide, we bring together decades of experience across regional and multinational organizations, like the AU, EU, NATO, OAS, OSCE and the UN, national governments, civil society, and academia. For each project, we handpick teams that combine thematic, regional, and methodological expertise, ensuring multidimensional and impactful outcomes for our partners.

We welcome both long-standing collaborators and new applicants who are interested in joining our international network to apply on our new, updated roster. As the global need for gender-responsive, conflict-sensitive, and human rights-based approaches to address today’s challenges continues to grow, we are looking to renew, expand, and diversify our roster of experts to work with us.
