Cross-cutting

Our Lead Associates and consultants possess a wide spectrum of expertise on gender, peace and security (GPS) issues, as well as in other relevant fields. We therefore combine experts to ensure an inter-disciplinary team approach to all of our projects, as well as an intersectional and diversity lens. As many of our projects are cross-cutting, we also work to break down existing silos within the GPS field, as well as between GPS and other fields.
