Dudziro is a governance, gender, peace, security and conflict resolution scholar-practitioner, currently finalising her PhD in peace and security. Dudziro has worked with tertiary academic institutions, security sector actors, civil society, academic institutions and international organisations on women’s empowerment and gender equality, including economic empowerment. She is also a community and team builder, and has worked with disadvantaged groups, community women, traditional leaders, youth groups and market women for personal empowerment, resilience-building and community relations transformation in Sub-Saharan Africa.
