Miki has extensive experience as an organizational leader as the Vice Chair of Inclusive Security, spearheading training programs and strategic consultations around the globe. He led the development of strategic partnerships and has engaged in advocacy, research, and training efforts to support inclusive leadership in peace and security. He has also dedicated his career to working on issues of conflict prevention and resolution and transitional justice. Over the last decade, he has assisted more than 45 countries (both government and civil society) to create, implement and evaluate National Action Plans on 1325. His geographic experience includes working in Afghanistan, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Colombia, Liberia, and Pakistan, among many other countries.
